Evolution

Inlets
Hoisting systems

The Evolution has a large collection of Inlet openings, so that the right insert opening can be used for any application. The insert openings are interchangeable. This makes the system very flexible and modular.

The column is characterized by its construction with a separate "back bone." This means that the recording system is modularly configurable separately from the visible parts of the column. The column is available in two sizes: Evolution L and Evolution XL.

The latter size allows the column to be used to collect two different fractions by using the various insertion openings. For this application, the drum can be equipped with a plate serving 2 compartments. Each opening then provides access to a separate compartment in the lower body.

By using the modular back bone system, the column can be easily equipped with different hoisting systems, including a stop or Kinshofer system.

The anti-graffiti coating makes the column easy to clean. In addition, the streamlined design ensures that no water stays on the column or flows into the container. Finally, the Evolution's design gives the public space an "eye-worthy" and unambiguous appearance. A sight to behold.

On customer specification the columns can be provided with stickers. Group indications, yes/no texts or (municipal) logos are permanently applied to the column.

Access Control

To lock the insertion column, the VConsyst Chiplock system can be used. By presenting a waste card to the card reader, the electronic lock is unlocked and the user can dispose of waste. Or prepare the Chiplock system with a Pin Pad for paid transactions directly at the underground container.

By integrating the Chiplock with our VConsyst Dynamics management software, it is possible to monitor citizen waste disposal behavior at any location. In addition, the system can also be paired with a fill level sensor and a solar cell.

VConsyst Safety floor

The safety floor is one of the most important safety components. It prevents anyone from falling into the concrete pit when the underground container is lifted. The VConsyst safety floors meet the requirements of the NEN-EN 13071-2 standards and are characterized by their operational reliability, durability and minimum maintenance requirements.
