John Wösten new CEO of VConsyst

On July 10, John Wösten started as CEO of VConsyst. Together with the Management Team, he will further strengthen VConsyst’s activities.
VConsyst is an innovative provider of waste collection systems, bins, bicycle parking solutions and public outdoor space design.

With the appointment of John Wösten, VConsyst continues on its chosen path to further merit the organization. Whereas VConsyst began as a software company with access systems for underground containers, among other things, after the acquisition in 2018 of production facilities (Jan Kuipers Nunspeet and Koninklijke Bammens), it focuses on offering complete collection solutions; products in combination with electronics and software that help customers keep the public living environment effortlessly and sustainably tidy. VConsyst contributes to a circular economy by promoting waste separation and making collection processes as easy as possible for municipalities, waste collectors and users.

Offer added value
John Wösten has extensive experience as a director and manager in large and medium-sized companies, both listed and family businesses. He previously worked as Managing Director at Rollecate, as Director of Operations at Energiewacht (Essent) and before that at various technical service providers in managerial positions.

Management team
VConsyst’s management team consists of 5 members; in addition to Wösten as CEO, Annet Jochemsen is CCO (Director of Commerce), Harry Doedens is COO (Director of Operations), Rudo Hoekman is CTO (Director of Development) and Dennis Spans is CFO (Director of Finance).
