Product Manager Services
Will you be our new Product Manager Services?
Do you think it’s important that your ideas are heard and that you can help build a great product? And that you are thus jointly responsible for the future of VConsyst? This is possible with your vision of the market in which you contribute to the management of the entire product portfolio.
This is a 36-40 hour per week position. The place of employment is Genemuiden.
What will you do?
As Product Manager Services, you will be responsible for managing the services portfolio within the VConsyst menu, developing new services and optimizing existing services. You focus on developing tools, processes and frameworks to continuously improve the life-cycle process of services. You will ensure that VConsyst services align with customer needs, vendor capabilities and contribute to VConsyst’s business strategy and profitability.
In this role:
- Are you focused on a balanced and innovative services portfolio across the life-cycle process – think life extension, recycling, leasing and data analytics;
- Ensure that all departments involved in the process work together, that there are clear schedules, and continuous process improvement;
- Conduct market research to identify needs and areas for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Bring your technical expertise and commercial insights together.
In addition, you know how to quickly switch between different topics in both business and development teams. You inspire others, take initiative and keep an overview, even in stressful situations.
Who are we looking for?
You are creative in thought and action and know how to motivate others to help build innovative solutions. You have an affinity with data and technology and have an HBO working and thinking level, supplemented with experience in product lifecycle management and/or experience in data-driven services.
