What will you do?
As Account Manager you are responsible for all sales activities in your region within the Netherlands. Your main task is to establish, maintain and expand customer relationships in order to achieve and further expand sales targets. In addition, you are always looking for new opportunities and closely follow market developments. Together with the team you contribute to maintaining our market leader position and you think along with us about innovative solutions for our customers.
Your customers are mainly local governments, municipal works and waste collectors in the Netherlands. With your product knowledge and enthusiasm you know how to inform and advise your clients in a professional way. In this role, we expect you to be proactive and enterprising. You are the face of VConsyst in your region and stand by what you promise.
Signaling, tracking and reporting on all relevant developments within your region is also part of your duties. In this challenging position, you will work intensively with your colleagues. During your training period you will get to know the products, internal processes and specific market approach of VConsyst, with good guidance from your supervisor.
What do you bring?
For this role we are looking for an experienced account manager with at least MBO 4 working and thinking level and a completed commercial education.
Furthermore, you possess:
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
- A good listening ear, attention to detail and a precise work style;
- Persuasiveness, discipline, perseverance and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge and understanding to sell a concept;
- Independence in scheduling appointments and following up on offers.
