Press Release: VConsyst strengthens position in public domain

VConsyst concluded the purchase agreement for 100% of the shares of Jan Kuipers Nunspeet on September 4. This further expands its market share in Europe within the public domain. Martin van Brederode, who started at Jan Kuipers Nunspeet as a draftsman/constructor in 1979 and has been general manager since 2000, is retiring and was looking for a successor. This he found in VConsyst.

Growth Opportunities

VConsyst is a leader in metalworking, waste collection and visitor registration systems with annual sales of more than €40 million. With the acquisition, VConsyst is strengthening and broadening its position. “The acquisition of Jan Kuipers Nunspeet fits with our growth ambitions within the public domain. We want to make the solutions in street furniture, bicycle parking systems and bicycle shelters even better and smarter through electronics and software. In addition, we want to expand the market for these solutions abroad, so that the turnover will grow further to €50 million “, said Edward Rosendaal, General Manager VConsyst and Arjen van Dalfsen, CFO Venture Group.
Gevoelsmens Van Brederode: “With the acquisition, the continuity of work for our fifty employees is guaranteed. VConsyst is a reliable party and I see new opportunities and growth in work brought about by this acquisition.”
