Inspection and testing
This keeps your containers compliant with safety requirements
Although ourunderground containers are safe and low maintenance, it is advisable to have your collection systems inspected periodically. This way you will know the current maintenance status of your containers and you can be sure that they meet safety requirements. Our inspectors work according to the VConsyst inspection method and, if desired, also inspect according to the (additional) requirements of TÜV Netherlands, including the corresponding inspection certificate. In addition to our ownunderground containers, we also inspect all types and models of third-party waste containers.

Repair
Malfunction or defect expertly solved
In the event of a technical malfunction, our service technicians are available on-site to see how problems can be fixed. They perform repairs on your underground containers and electronics, as well as repair malfunctions on vehicle equipment or waste transfer stations. Our service vehicles are set up as mobile workshops, so most breakdowns and malfunctions can be resolved on-site. When replacing parts, VConsyst uses original spare parts.

Cleaning
For a clean living environment, without unpleasant odors
For optimal life and operation of your underground collection systems and a clean streetscape, it is important to periodically clean the containers. Clean containers promote offering behavior and prevent unpleasant odors. Both the column, the inside and outside of the drum, the pedestrian platform, the entire inner container and the (concrete) pit are thoroughly cleaned and washed by VConsyst. At the same time, we inspect for abnormalities. In addition to our ownunderground containers, we also clean all types of third-party (underground) containers.

Notification and service management
Mapping current notifications at a glance
With the Service software module, you have an up-to-date status overview of all your underground containers and control over notifications and service services. It also gives you insight into planned and executed services such as repairs, cleaning and inspections. Direct and indirect costs as well as cost overviews such as TCO can be found in the dashboard. The Service module is part of the management software VConsyst Dynamics.
