Commercial Employee Bicycle Parking Systems
VConsyst is looking for a commercial colleague to strengthen the inside sales department. The organization has an informal and entrepreneurial ‘no-nonsense’ culture. The lines are short and together with our dynamic team, we will put our shoulders to the wheel to successfully implement the new structure, both in terms of leading developments and commercial growth.
To achieve this we are looking for a: Commercial employee indoor bicycle parking. The position is for 40 hours per week.
What will you do?
- As an inside sales representative (support) you will sell products, services and concepts. You are the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with the account manager.
The main product group within this position is bicycle parking systems (bicycle shelters and bicycle racks). Together with your immediate colleagues in the office, you will ensure a good distribution of the work that comes your way.
You are the connection between customers and the organization. Together with the account manager you are commercially responsible for our customers and you determine which sales opportunities you will focus on. The preparation and follow-up of offers is part of your daily tasks, where you know how to find a good balance between maintaining existing customer relationships and generating new business. In your position, you work closely with the various departments to ensure the right balance of all interests.
Together with your inside sales colleagues, you will build product knowledge and ensure that processes are secured. The future of VConsyst lies in “servitization”, or the meritization of our product portfolio. From this commercial role, you actively think along with us about how we can set up and shape this in the office.
What do you bring?
You have HBO working and thinking level with a completed study in for example Business Administration, Business Administration MER, Commercial Economics or demonstrable work experience in a similar position.
With your commercial drive and persuasiveness, you know how to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities. You are communicatively strong, think in terms of possibilities and know how to enthuse and convince customers. Thanks to your proactive attitude and goal orientation, you play a key role in achieving commercial success. You have a keen eye for sales opportunities and are driven to achieve results together with the account manager and increase customer satisfaction.
